THE NEWBORN PORTRAIT EXPERIENCE
My goal as your newborn photographer is to provide you an exceptional and complete service from start to finish. You will receive the best in products, digitals, and customer service. I want to make this as enjoyable as possible for you and your family. I know photos can be a stressful time for family members so I am here to make sure that's not the case & to support you through the entire process.
For Maternity + Newborn, I recommend we get you booked during your second trimester. This ensures that I have availability for your baby as I can only take on a limited amount of newborns per due month.
Your session will contain 3 separate parts:
1. Consultation
We will begin with an in person or zoom consultation - your preference. This is where we will meet for the first time and plan out every detail of your portrait experience. This meeting will include chats on colors incorporated as well as themes and specific props you'd like to incorporate into your session. EVERYTHING for your newborn session is included in my session fee : This includes Backdrops, Wraps, Outfits, Headbands, Bonnets, Animal loveys, and all the other cutesy little add ins you see in my images. You can even borrow a gown for your images.
2. Session
The tough stuff like planning colors and themes has already been worked out in our consultation so you will arrive to the studio with setups already awaiting you and your family! Our Goal for the session is to be a positive experience for everyone, relax, and watch me work my magic!
3. Reveal
1-2 weeks after our session we will meet for your viewing and ordering appointment. This is when you will see your images for the first time, choose your favorites and place your order for prints and art products.
I take the time to customize each session according to your preferences and requests, and make it an enjoyable experience for you and your family. I will get many differOur goal is for our clients to receive timeless images on heirloom products that they’ll love forever and hand down to the next generation.
Session fee
The Newborn Session Fee is $200
and is collected at booking to reserve your estimated due date in my calendar.
Once your baby is born, I ask that you reach out to me within the first 5 days of life so that we can get you on the schedule for the exact session date/time.
This session fee covers my time, talent and gives you access to all of the props that I own to create a one of a kind session for your little one. For each newborn session I block out a 4 hour window of time to ensure that we have enough time for all the feedings/ and cuddles baby may need. Normally, sessions take between 2-3 hours and include 7-9 setups plus family images if desired.
Fine art Collections begin at $990
Clients typically invest around $1500 or more on their portrait collection that includes wall art and heirloom quality products that are designed for your family and the space in your home.
Some of the art pieces you can choose from include Heirloom Albums, Matted Print Collection Boxes, Accordion Mini books, Fine Art Prints , Fine Art Canvases and Acrylic Prints . Digital images are not included with your session fee, though they are included with your fine art collection purchase and purchase of an album or prints.
